Say something useful to the 299.
Noticeable gives recruiters and agencies a seamless process that includes a free scored audit and a branded Gentle Pass letter for every candidate they decline to a role — your logo, your sender name, replies to you, drafted before you open your inbox. You upload two files and press send.
300 applicants. One seat. 299 dead ends.
The candidate learns nothing
A form rejection says they lost. It never says why — so the next application repeats the same mistake.
The reason is fixable
Most near-misses are a document problem: buried outcomes, missing language, a layout the screen can't parse.
You hold the relationship
Say something useful on the way out and the candidate comes back better prepared — and to you first.
Five steps, two of them yours.
There is no portal and no password. One bookmarked link is the whole setup. If you're still deciding what to write, start with what to send the candidates you decline.

Resume and job description. Under a minute.
We audit and draft
Two scores, the gaps, the letter. Five to ten minutes.
It lands in your inbox

Attachment — the full audit
Ready to send — The Gentle Pass, drafted
“You didn't make this one. Here's how you make the next.”
Hi [First name], thank you for putting yourself forward for the [Role]. With over [Applicant count] resumes for one seat, you didn't make the final cut — and the reason is fixable.
Every bracket fills from the audit. No email reaches a candidate without someone on your team pressing send.
We never learn who your candidate is.
You send a resume and a posting. We don't ask for a surname, an email or a phone number — and the letter goes out from your inbox, not ours. Your candidate stays yours.
First name only
Enough to address the letter you send. Nothing that identifies them to us.
No contact details
We hold no way to reach your candidate — so we can't approach them, and we don't.
Named only as a client
If they choose the rebuild themselves, they introduce themselves to us. That is the first time we see a name.
How it sends · default
The candidate sees your name in their inbox and replies come to you. Authentication sits on our domain, so there is nothing for you to configure.
How it sends · optional
Send from your own domain instead. Three DNS records, added once by whoever manages your domain. We verify automatically.
The letter's only ask is optional.
The audit and the letter cost the candidate nothing. If they want the rebuild, the link in the letter carries your referral code — so credit is tracked whether they buy today or in three weeks. Checkout is also the first moment we see their name. Partner terms are set in the agreement, not on this page.

How partnering works.
What should a recruiter send a declined candidate?
Something the candidate can act on. Noticeable drafts a detailed audit that names the specific gaps behind two scores — a human read out of 100 and an ATS score against that exact posting, and sent in five to ten minutes.
Do you contact our candidates directly?
No. We hold no surname, email or phone number until they actual purchase a Kit, so we have no way to reach them until a sale occurs. Every audit is sent by someone on your team pressing send, from your sender name, with replies coming back to you.
What does it cost the candidate?
Nothing. The audit are free to the candidate and free to you. If they choose to have their documents rebuilt, they buy that themselves at Noticeable's published prices, carrying your referral code.
Is there a platform to learn?
No portal and no password. One bookmarked link identifies your firm and sets your logo, sender name and return address. Anyone on your team can use it, and everything comes back to the address you nominate.
Who writes the documents?
A Noticeable human strategist, every time — never a generator, and never a template with the name swapped. Noticeable is based in Edmonton, Alberta and works with recruiters and agencies across Canada and the United States.
What are the partner terms?
Referral share, volume arrangements and any white-label or co-branded scope are set out in the partnership agreement, tailored to how your firm places. A twenty-minute call is enough to scope it.
Nothing gets built until you've signed off.
Four things from you, then we build. Not before.
