Terms of service

The service

Noticeable produces professionally polished career documents — resumes, cover letters, and Strategic Plans — using a combination of AI tools and human review. You provide your existing resume and a target job description. We return a tailored document package within the turnaround period you selected at checkout.

The service is personal and non-transferable. You're purchasing documents for your own job search, not for resale, redistribution, or use on behalf of others.

Payment and what you get

Payment is collected in full at checkout via Stripe before work begins. The price you pay at checkout is the price for your order — no hidden fees, no upsells after the fact.

• The First Read — $169.95. One target role. Resume (ATS-optimized, rebuilt by a human strategist) + custom cover letter. Delivered within 24 hours of intake.
• The BeNoticed Kit — $199.95. One target role. Everything in The First Read plus a Strategic Plan. Delivered within 24 hours of intake.
• The Standout — $395.95. Everything in The BeNoticed Kit plus Blind Spot Report, Interview Edge, LinkedIn Optimization, Position Fit / Gap Analysis, and the complete Interview Report Library. 24-hour delivery on every submission. The Standout includes unlimited job descriptions and one of each report type per submitted job description, for 12 months from purchase date.

The 24-hour turnaround timer starts when your completed intake form and uploaded documents are received — not at the moment of payment. If your intake submission is incomplete, we'll email you to complete it, and the timer starts when we receive a complete submission. We cap weekly client intake to protect this promise.

The guarantee

If you submit an application using our documents and do not receive an interview invitation within 60 days, we'll redo your documents at no charge. To claim the guarantee:

• Email hello@noticeable.so within 65 days of your original delivery date.
• Confirm that you submitted at least one application using our documents.
• We'll schedule a redo within 5 business days of your request.

The guarantee applies to one redo per order. It doesn't apply if the documents were used for a role significantly different from the job description you submitted, or if the role was withdrawn before you could apply. We're not trying to wriggle out of anything — we just want the guarantee to cover what it's actually designed to cover.

Refunds

Because work begins immediately after your intake form is received, we don't offer refunds once the pipeline has started. Before intake is submitted, you may cancel for a full refund by emailing hello@noticeable.so with your order number.

If we fail to deliver within your selected turnaround period (excluding delays caused by an incomplete intake submission), you're entitled to a full refund or a free redo at your choice.

If you're dissatisfied with the output for any reason not covered by the above, email us. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.

Your responsibilities

The documents we produce are based entirely on the information you give us. You're responsible for the accuracy of everything you upload and submit. We enhance and reframe your experience — we don't fabricate it.

• Don't submit false credentials, invented roles, or fabricated achievements. We'll do our best to catch these in our honesty audit, but you remain responsible for what you represent to employers.
• Don't use our documents to misrepresent yourself in ways that could harm others or expose you to legal liability.
• Don't resell or redistribute our documents as templates or services.

Intellectual property

The documents we produce are yours. Once delivered, you own them fully and may use them however you like in your job search — submit them, modify them, share them with a career coach, whatever helps.

The Noticeable name, logo, website design, and underlying process are ours. Don't reproduce them without permission.

Limitation of liability

We can't guarantee that using our documents will result in interviews or job offers. The hiring process involves human judgment, market conditions, and factors entirely outside our control. Our liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost income, missed opportunities, or application outcomes — however they arise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
